First of all, you should boil the pasta in a medium pot in which salted water boils. Let it boil for 02 minutes and then pour the macaroni into the boiling water.
Then, carefully read the packaged instructions for boiling the macaroni fully. Drain the pasta when it is fully cooked. Also, reserve the 01 cups of pasta water.
In the same pot, add the butter and put it on medium heat. When the butter melts fully and it forms foams, make sure to add the flour to it.
Then, slowly whisk the mixture until the colour of the flour browns slightly for 01 to 02 minutes.
Afterwards, add the mustard powder and whisk the mixture for combining fully.
Now, it is time to add the milk into the mixture slowly. You must cook the entire mixture for many minutes until it gets fully cooked.
